30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your Novia Magnesium Complex, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product should be in its original packaging where possible. Because this is a consumable supplement, the bottle does not need to be unopened or unused to qualify — we stand behind the product itself, not just unopened inventory.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@complebio.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@complebio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@complebio.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
